successful real estate investor and developer, John Coughlin brings exceptional expertise,

John began his professional career in the corporate world, serving as an Account Executive and

Sales Manager for The Linc Corporation. He went on to hold multiple leadership roles with the

Moen Faucet Company, including Territory Sales Manager, Key Account Sales Manager, and

Sales Trainer. Most recently, he served as an Area Sales Director and Marketing Executive with

the Siemens Corporation USA. Throughout his corporate tenure, John excelled in relationship

building, strategic sales development, team leadership, and training — skills that now translate

directly into outstanding client advocacy and negotiation success in real estate.

For the past two decades, John has been actively investing in and developing both residential and

commercial properties. This hands-on experience gives him a deep understanding of market

dynamics, property valuation, investment strategy, and the practical realities of ownership —

insights he uses to help his clients make confident, informed decisions.

John is known for his consultative approach, placing his clients’ goals and best interests at the

John resides in Brandon, Mississippi, with his wife, Cathy Cronin Coughlin, a practicing

attorney. Together they have three children and eight grandchildren. Family remains at the heart
